Partway through the night, the printer unfortunately had some issues — but it was truly no one’s fault and completely out of anyone’s control. I totally understood, and it honestly was no big deal. What really impressed me was how Adam handled it afterwards. He went above and beyond to make sure we still had the full experience, personally printing and delivering photos to us during the night, and then later hand-delivering every single photo from the event directly to my home. That level of care completely made up for the hiccup and left us feeling so appreciative. Our guests loved receiving their photos, and I even got to send out copies in our thank-you cards.
